The Raucous Royals is on a temporary hiatus due to baby snots. Both of my kids were very sick last week and now I have a sick husband on my hands. (The sick husband is sooooo much harder to take care of).
I will be back shortly with some posts that I am working on....
In the meantime, I am looking forward to curling up with a good book tonight. The next book on my reading list is Ship of Rome by John Stack. I have been really into those Raucous Romans lately. They are so naughty. (said in the baby talk voice that I have been using for a week straight now). Anyway, I have been reading so much dry academic writing lately that my eyeballs just might roll into the back of my head and never return if I don't read something with some action.
Ship of Rome will be given away to one lucky newsletter subscriber next month.

Hope everybody feels better soon- Hugs (these cyber ones are non-contagious;)
I have become a huge fan of your page. I hope everyone feels better soon.
A soothing little something for your biggest baby (hubby) to drink.
Take one packet of Liptons chicken noodle soup. One packet of Liptons onion soup. Mix both packets together in on large cup of hot water. It doesn't taste great, but it breaks the congestion up in the chest, and the fumes (?) from the soup help clear the head, and it relaxes the body. (It might even put him to sleep so you can rest!)
Ms. Lucy - Cyber hugs right back.
Mindy - Thanks for the recipe. I am a big believer in the healing powers of food. I put about half a head of garlic in my husband's dinner last night (garlic is supposed to increase your immune system) but then he was complaining about awful gas pains. ooops. I guess I overdid the garlic. heehee
I just start to follow your blog, it's really interesting. I hope you can also enjoy the mine about the reign of Charles II of Spain. It's in Spanish but you can use the google translator.
Regards.
