It was a group of serial killers, because it assaulted some of it's victims sexually, it didn't consume nothing of the corpse so how did it survive without food? Many PROFESSIONAL hunters comb the land, if an army. It used to play with the corpses switching the heads. Plus in that time period and location would have been serial killers paradise.

Carlyn, great post! I really wanted to see that documentary, but I found out about after it was shown and then my cable went wonky. Is this the story that became Brotherhood of the Wolf? I saw that movie several years ago, and it was quite fascinating. And congratulations on your little boy!
